Following an extensive promotional campaign and re-branding of its leading coated SBS board range trucard, Tullis Russell has further expanded its trucard portfolio with the introduction of trucard 1 matt.

trucard 1 matt is a solid bleached sulphate (SBS) board, fully coated on one side making it ideal for all quality graphical and packaging applications. It has high levels of whiteness and brightness and combines a smooth matt coated surface with superior bulk and stiffness, providing users with a board that reproduces the most demanding print graphics faithfully and consistently.

Tullis Russell plan a number of exciting additions to the trucard range this year and trucard 1 matt is the first of these to be launched.

The trucard product range, which is FSC accredited and fully recyclable, now offers the widest choice of coated SBS board available in the market. trucard 1 matt is made from 100% elemental chlorine free pulps sourced only from sustainable managed forests, giving users even greater choice when looking for a versatile board range with sound environmental credentials.

Designed specifically for a broad spectrum of graphical print applications, packaging products, printing and conversion processes, specifiers can choose from a number of options. trucard is also available as trucard 2 matt, a coated two side board with the same surface gloss as trucard 1 matt; and as trucard 1 gloss, a coated one side board and trucard 2 gloss, a coated two side board, both with glossy coated surfaces.
