Direct Heat Transfer Papers

Tullis Russell Coaters direct and indirect heat release transfer papers enable decorators to achieve faster application times, increase productivity, and lower costs per unit, all while guaranteeing a premium quality finish.

We have developed a range of direct and indirect heat release transfer papers used for automatic decoration. Automated heat release decoration is a solution to customers requiring high quality and increased productivity.

Our Autocal direct heat release papers are used in decorating flat or single curvature shapes such as bottles, mugs, flat glass, tiles, glassware and tableware.

The paper has low final moisture content reducing the need for pre conditioning. It is backcoated for improved printability on the web and incorporates a specially formulated wax blend with improved release properties.
